History:

American Norwegian Prima (Prima Class) – Norwegian Cruise Line, launched in 2022, marked a bold new direction for Norwegian Cruise Line. As the first in the groundbreaking Prima-class series, this vessel set a new standard for luxury, space, and design within the fleet. Built by Fincantieri in Italian, Prima showcases a blend of refined elegance and high-tech innovation.

At 965 feet in length, Norwegian Prima accommodates approximately 3,100 guests and 1,500 crew members. The ship emphasizes spaciousness and offers the highest staffing ratio of any contemporary cruise ship, ensuring personalized service and elevated comfort.

A defining feature of Norwegian Prima is the Ocean Boulevard, a 44,000-square-foot outdoor promenade that wraps around the entire ship, providing stunning sea views. The ship also features infinity pools, glass bridges, and The Rush and The Drop—dual racing dry slides that add a thrill factor.
